StalkerNet

A mobile-friendly S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly PDA built around communication, jobs, maps, field records, and a shared in-universe archive.

Stable baseline v4.3.6 Firebase Mobile-first

Recovery point: StalkerNet_Cloud_Sync_Status_v4_3_6.zip is the latest confirmed working fallback. Future development should preserve this version until a newer build has been tested and accepted.

Project purpose

StalkerNet recreates the feeling of a Zone PDA as a working mobile application. It combines player communication with jobs, personal identification, map tools, field references, settings, and cloud-backed records.

Stable feature areas

  • Comms: chat, search and filters, lightweight drafts, moderation tools, blocking, deletion, and online or last-seen state.
  • Map: world and sub-zone maps, default locations, custom markers, filters, descriptions, and cloud-saved markers.
  • Archive: factions, mutants, anomalies, medicine, public dossiers, and searchable reference material.
  • Jobs: job listings with filter and sort behaviour.
  • ID: personal profile, faction patch, rank, battery, and signal presentation.
  • Settings: display preferences, audio cues, install and cache tools, backup and restore, error reporting, and cloud-sync status.

Confirmed recovery chain

The full fallback history remains useful for isolating regressions. The most recent milestones are:

  • v4.3.6: Cloud Sync Status.
  • v4.3.5: Public Dossier Tools.
  • v4.3.4: Archive Search and Filter.
  • v4.3.3: Map Marker Click Fix.
  • v4.3.1: Jobs Filter and Sort.
  • v4.3.0: Comms Search and Filter.

Next priorities

  1. Create a proper changelog covering every accepted fallback.
  2. Separate stable releases from experimental builds.
  3. Document installation and recovery in plain language.
  4. Add screenshots only after the current interface is confirmed.
  5. Link a public download when the release package is ready to share.
